Noodle Performance Arts – Terms & Conditions

 

  1. The Personal data included in our enrolment form will be “processed” (as such terms are defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) by Noodle Performance Arts Ltd for the purposes of administration, research, the provision of teaching services in singing, dance and drama. Noodle Performance Arts Ltd will not disclose this information to third parties for marketing purposes.
  2. Class times and fees are detailed on a separate sheet. Classes take place once a week during the normal academic terms.
  3. Methods of payment:
    1. Cash
    2. Cheque (Payable to Noodle Performance Arts Ltd)
    3. Bank transfer to:
      1. Sort code 09-01-28
      2. Account number 47392891
  • Please quote your class code and child’s surname as reference
  1. Fees for the half-term are payable on or before the date of the first class in that half-term.
  2. Sibling discounts:
    1. A discount of 20% is given to a sibling in the same class as a full-paying student
    2. Discounts may be given to a sibling in a different class running at the same time or on the same day. This is at the discretion of Noodle Performance Arts Ltd
  3. Absences
    1. Any absences which are given to Noodle Performance Arts Ltd in writing prior to the beginning of each half-term will not be charged
    2. Absences after the first day of half-term are payable in full. This includes the first class of half-term, should this be missed without prior notification.
  4. Noodle Performance Arts Ltd reserves the right to exclude students from lessons at its discretion.
  5. Noodle Performance Arts Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and to the teaching staff.
  6. Fees are reviewed annually.
  7. Noodle Performance Arts Ltd will from time to time take photographs and film footage of students during class time for use in Noodle marketing and publicity material. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed/filmed please let us know in writing.
  8. Students participate at their own risk and parents are obliged to inform Noodle Performance Arts Ltd and its staff of any existing injuries or medical conditions.
  9. Students and parents are obliged to take care of their own belongings. Noodle Performance Arts Ltd can accept no liability for lost or damaged belongings.
  10. Class cancellations:
    1. In the event of severe weather, class payments will be due if the teacher reaches the venue and is able to teach the class. If the teacher is unable to reach the venue, a credit for that class will be carried forward to the following half-term.
    2. Classes cancelled by Noodle Performance Arts for any other reason will be given a refund or a credit carried forward to the following half-term.
  11. Parents must update Noodle Performance Arts Ltd with any changes in their contact details or address.
  12. Physical contact may be necessary by members our teachers in the course of lessons. If you have any concerns regarding this matter please contact Noodle HQ.
